What is Pilates?

Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening core muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing body awareness through controlled movements.

What are the benefits of Pilates?

Pilates can improve posture, balance, core strength, flexibility, and muscle tone. It can also help with injury prevention and rehabilitation.

What should I wear to a Pilates class?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Fitted clothing is best so that instructors can see your form. Grip socks are required.

What should I bring to a Pilates class?

Just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, grip socks, and a water bottle.

Do I need to have experience with Pilates to attend a class?

No prior experience is necessary to join our Enliven Signature Group Classes. Our instructors will guide you through the basics.

Class Specific Questions

What is a reformer?

The reformer is a Pilates machine that uses springs, straps, and a moving carriage to provide resistance and support during exercises.

What is the difference between a private and a group class?

Private sessions offer individualized instruction tailored to your specific needs and goals, while group classes provide a cost-effective option in a supportive and energizing environment.

What if I have injuries or health concerns?

You must declare any injuries or health conditions prior to participating in any class. Consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program.

Are all classes the same?

All Signature Classes are consistent with our approach to Pilates, but specific exercises and themes may vary from class to class.

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a class?

All class bookings are conveniently managed online through our website.

Packages: Click the "Packages" tab to explore and purchase the package that suits your goals.
Schedule: After purchasing a package, go to the "Schedule" tab to book a class. New schedules are posted every Sunday at 8:00 PM.

Can I cancel or reschedule a class?

Yes, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours before class. Please message us via SMS for assistance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the class credit.

Do packages expire?

Yes, all packages have an expiration date. Refer to the terms and conditions of your selected package for details.
